On June 26, 2022, in alignment with SDG Goal 3, Akal College of Health and Allied Sciences, part of Eternal University, organized a “World Anti-Drug Day” rally to raise awareness about drug abuse. The event involved faculty, M.Sc.(N) 1st & 2nd Year, and B.Sc.(N) 1st & 2nd Year students, as well as patients from the De-Addiction Centre at Akal Charitable Hospital. Their inspiring stories added a personal touch to the program. The event received positive feedback, effectively clarifying doubts about drug abuse and promoting awareness. We extend our gratitude to the Kalgidhar Trust for their invaluable support and remain dedicated to a healthier, drug-free future in pursuit of Sustainable Development Goal 3.
