Akal College of Nursing, in collaboration with Eternal University and Texas Woman’s University, organized a transformative “Research & Ethics” workshop led by Dr. Donna Scott Tilley. This initiative aimed to equip 38 participants, including faculty members and M.Sc.(N) students, with essential skills and knowledge for ethical and impactful nursing research. Dr. Tilley emphasized the role of research in advancing nursing and the significance of ethical considerations. Practical insights and interactive discussions empowered attendees to apply research principles effectively. This workshop sets a model for future collaborations, underscoring the commitment to advancing the nursing profession and healthcare excellence.
