Lovepreet Kaur, one of our distinguished alumni from the USA, visit Akal Academy Baru Sahib and interact with our BCA students at Eternal University. Lovepreet joined Akal Academy in 1996 in Grade 2 and graduated in 2005, spending nine formative years with us. Her journey is a testament to the values and education imparted at our institution.

Lovepreet began by expressing her heartfelt gratitude towards the academy for shaping her into the successful individual she is today.

The Importance of Skill Development

She reminisced about the Industrial Revolution, which was driven by mechanical machines, and compared it to the current era, where software application and database management are the driving forces of the global economy. She emphasized the importance of skill development in today's world. "No matter what happens, the skill of the developer will help you find a job in the market," she said.  Lovepreet advised the students to focus on building their basic knowledge, as these basics eventually evolve into valuable skills over time.

Handholding and Support

Lovepreet highlighted the importance of receiving proper guidance from teachers and subject matter experts. She encouraged students to seek support and guidance, which will lead to appreciation and success.

Simplicity and Respect

She stressed the value of simplicity in behavior over outward appearances. "Outer appearances do not matter; the industry only focuses on skilled workmanship," she noted. Lovepreet urged students to respect everyone, have strong beliefs, and trust in the institution.

Lovepreet advised the students to invest their energy in learning and to treat the three-year BCA course as the foundation of their career. She guided them to have trust in themselves and the institution, maintain a focused approach with zero distractions, and meditate with a clear mind. With these practices in place, she assured that their hard work would lead to success.
