The #CBSE has made it mandatory for all schools to have counselors. The counselling exercise is to be carried out to gauge the need and scope of support services available across the schools as social, interpersonal, physical, and emotional problems, which the students go through need to be resolved.

Pursuant to the ongoing efforts of The Akal Academies for providing a safe ground for continuing education for our school children, a collaborative approach of the training cell of Akal Academy Baru Sahib with industry experts is adding to the dimension. A workshop on Teachers’ academic, legal and psychological capacity-building webinar on our children’s safety and wellbeing, has been organized as a part of the curriculum, run under the school’s safety policy, to keep our children happy, healthy, and safe, is scheduled on 13th and 14th July 2022.

The expert panel comprising 3 members, Ms. Neha Tyagi- Legal Consultant & Journalist, Ms. Annie Namratha -Senior Advocacy Ambassador, and
Ms. Pratibha Malhotra – a psychologist would be adding values, with more than 4000 educators from 129 Akal Academies, participating in this webinar.
